Can I change my shipping address?
If you notice a mistake, please email us immediately at toddlababytoy@gmail.com with the subject "URGENT". We can only update the address before the order is dispatched.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2-4 days for the tracking information to update in the system.
Help! I think my order is lost!
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at toddlababytoy@gmail.com. Note that we are not responsible for items confirmed as "Delivered" by the courier.

What is your return policy?

Currently, the fastest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
